Covers the interesting and significant recent cases and claim trends, and offers insights into what the real coverage issues are that the practicing attorney should be concerned about. Issues include: policy termination on transfer to trusts, the arbitration clause, cases construing endorsements, and cases about the scope of the land and title rights covered in Schedule A.

Estate Planning Title Insurance Issues
Covers all the real estate and title issues created by transfers for tax and estate planning reasons, such as termination of the policy on conveyance, Washington wills and the HT-110 form, marital property agreements and title vesting, title in "or", policy continuation if the insureds change the nature of their tenancy.
